Powder Coating Service

In order to ensure the highest quality outcome for your project, when it arrives we inventory the items and tag them. If there is an existing finish, it is analyzed to determine proper removal steps. We inspect all items for surfaces that need masking or plugged to protect gasket and threaded areas. If finish removal is needed to be done by blasting via aluminum oxide or sand, all surfaces for gasket areas and threaded areas are masked or plugged for protection. Next we remove the old finish and discard the dirty masking. The parts are then cleaned off with high air pressure to remove any dust particles that would contaminate the new finish. After the new masking is applied, the items are pre-heated. Powder coating finish is applied with an electrostatic manual spray system. Almost finished, we cure in a high temperature state of the art custom oven. If your items pass our rigorous inspection process, they are ready to be returned to you.
